Introspective Therapy That’s Safe & Calm
Therapy is deeply healing for processing trauma because what is wounded in relationships is healed in relationships. My relational approach helps clients feel seen, heard, and understood. Healing begins when people access safety and authenticity, qualities that trauma often disrupts.
Modalities I Use in Therapy
In addition to IFS and EMDR, I also work within an integrative approach which incorporates ACT, DBT, Attachment theory and Polyvagal Theory. We will choose the best modalities together during our sessions to tackle your needs specifically.
I will walk alongside you at your pace to explore the experiences that brought you into the therapy space and collaborate with you to build strategies that help you pause and reconnect with what is most important to you.
